If you have any questions about our collars or leashes or our ordering process, please

we will get back to you as quickly as possible - in general, we will be available M-F
8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
We want you to be 100% happy with anything you buy from us, so please let us know if there
is a problem. If the size isn't right, if the color turns out to not really be on your dog's
"seasonal pallet", we will be happy to process an exchange or refund. Just send an email to
CustomerService@WillowsBoutique.com and we will send instructions for a return. Once we
receive the item(s), we will issue a credit, less our original shipping costs (which usually will be
$4.80). Item(s) must be returned within 30 days and must be in original condition.
